The women's boxing class has a community feel to it. They look forward to seeing each other from week to week and training together!
The facility offers multiple ways to train and state of the art training equipment.
Every boxing class is a workout. In addition, high-intensity workout classes follow each boxing class.
The women that train at Next Level Boxing participate and really enjoy the regular co-ed classes. But, they also desire to train with each other, since they love working together as a group. So there is a class devoted to them each Saturday at 10am.
Coach Kane oversees the group and trains them on technique throughout the class.
Women in this class have expressed that they can learn to protect themselves, condition their bodies and prepare mentally, by having a blend of both all women boxing classes and mixed co-ed classes.
The more experienced students in the women’s boxing class work with the newer students to help train them safely in the drills. It’s a community, but one that challenges and works hard to get results together.
